In addition to his expertise in Energy industry, Athip also extended his professional experience in the Tech industry with Amazon.com, Rakuten Inc, and iMena Group, a Venture Capital in Jordan, and served as Advisors for numerous startups.

Warit Rattanachuen serves as Assistant Governor at Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), a state enterprise, managed by the Ministry of Energy, responsible for electric power generation and transmission as well as bulk electric energy sales in Thailand. At EGAT, Warit is leading on Research, Innovation, Corporate Strategy and Business Development with the primary ambition to drive energy transition in renewables more sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy system that draw from smart-sited and sustainably-sourced resources.

He also initiated many landmarks of the new technology projects, to continue support energy sector and country in achieving their carbon neutrality goal to drive systemic change. He is recognized as one of the Green Energy Trading experts in ASEAN to support corporates access sufficient green energy supply and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

Moreover, Warit is a member of the Investment Committee of Innospace (Thailand) and INNOPOWER, which are the innovation companies focus on energy and technology innovation investment in Thailand. Previously, he was the Director of Corporate Strategy where he oversees all activities of corporate strategy, corporate risk management and State-owned enterprise assessment. Prior to that Warit worked in a field of power system control and operations for 19 years.

Om spent 13 years with SCG, one of the largest conglomerates in Thailand, then he moved to explore the startup and venture capital industry in many roles from Head of Thailand Operations of a SEA esports startup to the Head of Business Development & Growth at a Thai Fintech Startup. Om also advised on a few fundraising activities for Thai startups prior to his role at Innopower. Om and Athip overlapped and worked together at IRPC to drive the New Business Innovation Department

Even though a broad experience in many industries from Manufacturing, Real Estate, Energy, to Startups, Om mainly focus his work and expertise in corporate finance spectrum from Investment, Merge & Acquisition, Financial Budgeting, Cost Control and Business Development Projects for his entire career.

Tun Liangpaiboon is Head of Venture Builder, lead the Venture team to test new business ideas, collaborate with Startup to implement PoC to access key assumptions, and formulate growth strategy to scale activities from PoC to create new business.

Prior to INNOPOWER, Tun spent more than 10 years in Petrochemical and Energy Sector, Tun has broad spectrum of experiences ranging from business development for both M&A deal and greenfield project globally, strategic formulation to identify new target market, operational engineer adjusting the process to improve operational efficiency, and researcher in the pharmaceutical product.

Despite the fact that Tun has diverse background, his work is mainly focus on initiating new innovation. He was a founding member of ExpresSo which is venture business unit at PTT, led the venture builder task to test various innovation ideas, and successfully spun-off 2 new companies in IT service sector and eMobility sector. He is also a guest lecturer for innovation class at Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University.

Before joining Innopower, Patchara had a vast background from management consulting, product development, and project management with one of the leading banks in Thailand. Suphischa Tumthong is a Venture Partner of Venture Builder Team. She spent 8 years in EGAT and specialize scope of Renewable Energy, Drone, Energy Storage System, Solar Cell, Power Plant, O&M, Smart Cities, Energy Management System, Energy Saving, Social Innovation, Community Based Tourism (CBT), SE, SDG.

She works closely with Thailand Startup Company, Innovation Academy, Research Institute, University and Thailand Startup Community.

She also is the lead Project POC of internal EGAT Project and External Project.
The honor POC project are Smart Maintenance Project with Startup Factorium (System Stone) Company in Wangnoi Power Plant, Social Innovation with Community Based Tourism (CBT) Ban Chong Sadao Kanchanaburi near Tha Thung Na Dam and CBT Thakam near Bangprakong Power plant with The Startup Local Alike Company. The Business Development Project are EGAT+Wallbox Charger service and ENZY Energy Management System Platform.

She set up internal Incubation Program in the topic of “Building Research & Innovation to Commercial” in 2018 and Set up EGAT Hackathon in Startup Thailand 2018 in topic of “Innovative Power Solutions for Thailand Community and Energy Sector” and Startup Thailand 2019 in the topic of Smart Platform for Sustainable Surrounding Society with EGAT – “Smart Society with EGAT” She was the mentor in Bangkok Climate Change Hackathon by British Embassy and True Digital Park in 2020 and Accelerator Program (SolarSTEP Solar SMEs Training & Entrepreneurship Program) by NEW ENERGY NEXUS THAILAND in 2021.

His main responsibilities are to lead and oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives to align with Wallbox Chargers, S.L.U. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Manage sales channels, maintain partnership with key account dealers and expanding Wallbox business to achieve sales target.

Before joining INNOPOWER, Chavarin has more than 15 years working experience in consumer electronics industry especially with Samsung and Midea as a sales engineering management. His specialization are commercial sales, business development and application engineering. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Wanitchanon has experience in the role sales engineering more than 10 years. Previous Job Wanitchanon worked at TOSHIBA CARRIER, TOZEN, Linde and FASTENAL with Sales Engineer and Account Specialist. Wanitchanon also worked about Drinking Water Company as General Manager. Wanitchanon has experience manage Branding, Graphic design, and control process of productions and confirm drawing of machines that use in the factory. The last year in 2022, Wanitchanon work with owner business with his mother for selling medical equipment.

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน จากมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒในปี 2558 และการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท หลักสูตรการกำกับดูแลกิจการ จากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยในปี 2565

หลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีได้เริ่มทำงานในสายงานบัญชี เป็น Account Payable Analyst ที่บริษัท ฟอร์ด โอเปอเรชั่นส์ ประเทศไทย จำกัด เป็นเวลา 2 ปีและย้ายมาทำงานที่การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิต
แห่งประเทศไทย ฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจพลังงาน (Energy Economic Division)ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้รวบรวม
และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับค่าไฟฟ้าเป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี จนกระทั่งมีโอกาสได้เข้ามาเป็น
ส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างความพร้อมให้อินโนพาวเวอร์ขับเคลื่อนสู่ธุรกิจนวัตกรรมพลังงานในปัจจุบัน

Varimon Samakoses in her capacity as Head of Excellence at Innopower, is in charge of building a vibrant community of Shareholders and Investors alongside managing daily operations between departments to keep things ticking.

Prior to Innopower, she worked in business development for publicly listed companies such as DTAC, True Corporation and MFEC Public Co. Ltd, working with corporate partners from all sizes from IBM and Google to entrepreneurial startups such as We work to drive business growth and adoption.

Varimon holds a B.A from Curtin University, Australia and a M.A in Creative Enterprise Management from University of the Arts London.

Juthamas Barlee, Legal Manager at Innopower, with 12 years of legal work experience, she started her legal journey at Government Savings Bank focusing on credit facility agreement and syndicated loan for project finance. She then took a challenging step to pursue Investor Relations career at PTT Group power flagship company to gain experiences in listed company rules and regulations and learn more about capital market. She shifted forward to corporate senior legal counsel position in the same company, building knowledge and skills on diversified legal work including M&A, investment in startup companies in the US and China, power purchase contracts, financial instruments, joint venture, and shareholder agreement.

Juthamas holds a LL.B. (Honors) Chulalongkorn University, LL.M. Chulalongkorn University, Lawyers License (Lawyers Council of Thailand), and member of Thai Bar Association.

Prior to Innopower, she worked as a manager at a logistic startup company which gain experiences in logistics and supply chain and management skill.

Attchiya Lakun is a Legal Officer at Innopower. Prior to joining Innopower, she had been working in an international commercial contract section, legal department at CP Group and was also selected to participate in CP Future Leader Development Program. Years later, she joined Sertis, a technology startup engaged in AI and Big Data business. During her time at Sertis, she was in charge of all corporate legal matters for the company.

 

Attchiya Lakun graduated from Thammasat University with a bachelor’s degree in law and holds an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law (with distinction) from Durham University, United Kingdom.
