Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with proficiency in Excel programming and data analytics to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects to ensure their successful completion. Your expertise in Excel programming and data analytics will be crucial in analyzing project data, generating reports, and providing valuable insights to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Utilize Excel programming skills to develop automated templates, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support project management tasks.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status, key metrics, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the project manager in resource allocation, task assignment, and project timeline management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA programming and data analysis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to ensure project success.
