How does the Company collect your personal data?

In collecting your personal data, the Company will collect your personal data directly from you via our communication with you through various channels, such as when you filling out your data in a request form, contract, letter, or any other documents; or through electronic systems via the Company’s website, cookies, applications, or other media e.g., your telephone recording etc.
Additionally, the Company may obtain your personal data from other sources e.g., your data that has been publicly disclose in any government database, or other person that you gave consent to disclose and transfer your personal data to us e.g., your acquaintance or a person who you empowered him/her to contact the Company on your behalf (i.e., your guardian, custodian, curator), or our affiliated company or business partner etc.

What personal data of yours does the Company collect?

Our use of your personal data for marketing purpose

The Company may use your personal data to offer products or services that may be benefit to you. We may contact you from time to time to inform you of our existing or new products or services. The Company may also disclose your personal data to our business partners so that such companies may inform you of their products or services via various marketing channels through electronic communication, e-mail, telephone, text messages and other forms of communication. In what cases does the Company disclose your personal data?

The Company will retain your personal data without disclosing your personal data to third party or the public except where it is for purposes that have been notified to you as shown in the “Notice of Details relating to the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data”, or where your express consent has been received, or where there are legitimate grounds to do so.

Transferring of personal data abroad

In the business operation of Company, the Company does not transfer or disclose your personal data to recipients overseas. If the Company wishes to disclose your information overseas, the Company will notify and seek to obtain your consent in advance, unless it is a case where the applicable law permits us to do so without your consent.

In order to securely keep your personal data, the Company has taken various measures to keep your personal data safe. Rights of the Data Subject

A data subject is entitled to the following rights pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. Right to withdraw given consent
For any personal data which the Company has collected, used or disclosed based on consent obtained from a data subject, the data subject may withdraw his/her consent at any time.

2. Right to access
A data subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data processed by the Company, as well as the right to obtain a copy of the personal data provided, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Committee.

3. Right to request disclosure of the source from which the Data Controller obtained the Personal Data of the Data Subject
In case that the Company obtained the personal data of a data subject from a source other than directly from the data subject, if the Company wish to use such data, the Company will inform the data subject within 30 days following the date of receipt (unless exempt by law from informing). In such case, the Data Subject has the right to request the Company to disclose the source which provided the personal data to the Company.

4. Right to receive and request the Company to transfer or provide personal data to other data controllers in case the Company arranged the personal data to be in formats readable or usable by automatic tools or equipment and portable by automated means
Data portability specified in this clause limits only to the case that the personal data of a data subject is stored in electronics format and is portable via electronics tools which cab read the data in electronics format. It does not include having the Company deliver personal data of the data subject in other formats.

5. Right to object to the Processing of Personal Data which the Company is authorized to Process without requiring consent from the Data Subject A data subject has the right to object to:
  1. the Processing of Personal Data which relies on the legitimate interests of the Company, or other juristic person who is not a data controller (unless such legitimate interest is inferior to the fundamental rights of the personal data of the data subject); or
  2. the Processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

6. Right to request that the given Personal Data be destroyed or be made unidentifiable byway of pseudonymization
A data subject has the right to request the Company to erase its personal data or to make it unidentifiable by way of pseudonymization, but only where:

  1. the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected;
  2. consent is withdrawn and the Company has no legal ground for the Processing of the Personal Data;
  3. the data subject objects to the Processing of Personal Data and the Company cannot demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for objection; or
  4. the personal data has been unlawfully processed.

7. Right to restrict the Processing of Personal Data
A data subject has the right to request the Company to stop the processing of its personal data in the following circumstances:

  1. the personal data is being verified, updated or rectified at the request of the data subject;
  2. the personal data could be erased or destroyed, but the data subject requests the restriction of the use of such personal data instead;
  3. the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
  4. the Company is in the process of considering the request to use the right to object of the data subject.

8. Right to request the Company to rectify the personal data to be accurate, complete and up to date
If any change occurs which may affect the provided personal data the data subject may request the Company to update or amend the provided personal data at any time.

9. Right to Complain in the event of infringement on Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 (2019)
If a data subject finds or suspects that there is any unauthorized processing of personal data, or any breach of the Act, the data subject may make a complaint to the Company or to the relevant government entity.
